Worst customer service Ive ever had do not buy from the company find javy coffee some where else ! That did not reply back for over 6 days!
And the way is via email ! Not a way to run a company ever !!

I havent had any issues regarding this company. Ill continue to support them until I have any issues. Its definitely a time saver when making coffee in the morning.

No response to missing items
I purchased in July, got my order about 18 days ago. Missing items, sent 4 emails and STILL have not heard from them about my missing items.
And of course no phone number to call only email that they don't look at. Awful customer service.

I canceled my subscription within the timeframe and I received a notification that my subscription order was being processed. I tried to contact the company and theyve failed to respond to my messages.
Very frustrating. I would recommend not subscribing to Javy if this is how they operate.

Hard to cancel
Tried many times to cancel. Took out another payment for order.
No phone number to call and cancel. Very unhappy.

I cant get anyone to address cancelling my subscription. I have emailed 3 times and including this morning I have emailed 4 times.
I keep getting the same auto generated response tu use the portal, there is no option on the portal to cancel. I am very disappointed in this company. Shipment went out before the 30 day renewal date. I am so very upset.
Then you get a phone number to call and after being on hold for a few minutes it says thank you for contacting customer service but this is not a working number and it directs you to email the company. This is B.S.

Cleared up an auto order issue last week so I wouldn't be charged without being notified in advance . Today I had an email saying an order was shipping..again...lol. tried to call them.# isn't ....
Cleared up an issue thru email of auto shipping with no heads up. They cancelled my subscription.
Not even a week later I get an email today saying I have Another $100 order going out, lmao. I try to call. Say they aren't answering their number anymore. I use the option call me.
It says ok, here pay a dollar and we will call you..roflmao... I said ok. Fine.

A Flavored Coffee Safe For Allergies
Shipping took a little longer than expected, but I did order around a holiday. The product itself is absolutely amazing.
The flavored concentrate is wonderful with water, some ice and a little creamer. The flavor seem to intensify once ice was added. I have not tried it hot yet. The concentrate is safe from the top 8 allergens, which was very important to me, due to allergies.
Price may seem high, but it will save me money formiced coffee. Will definitely order again.

Refund money
I cancelled my subscription and returned the shipment, you sent two shipments in one week .you have received the second shipment now but you haven't refunded the amount back to me yet!!! When can I expect to receive this matter taken care of. Patricia Oakex

Have not credited PayPal. Will return product to sender via post office.
